Job summary

CTR/Hayco in Portugal seeks a Senior Specialist Account Management to join our Revenue team in Benavente. You will support customer accounts, manage records, and coordinate with internal teams to drive revenue growth and margin improvement.

Responsibilities include updating price books in SAP, arranging customer visits, handling inquiries and complaints, and monitoring demand, SOP ramp, and shipment readiness in a dynamic international environment. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, and/or Marketing.
• Experience with FMCG brands and European markets is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AI tools and applications is an advantage.
• Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and able to work effectively in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customer account management.
• Maintain customer records and update price books in SAP.
• Arrange customer visits.
• Handle product related enquiries and customer complaints.
• Support new product development activities for Start of Production (SOP), monitor demand plan from customers, track ramp up, alert risk-buy situations on cost increase due to material change, monitor production cost and escalating deviations, etc.
• Ensure readiness for shipment by confirming shipment terms with customers, shipment quantity or any specific customer requirements.
• Closely follow account receivables.
