CTR/Hayco in Portugal is seeking a Senior Specialist Account Management to support our Revenue team and drive revenue growth across European markets.

You will manage customer accounts, maintain records and update price books in SAP, arrange customer visits, handle inquiries and support new product development from SOP to ramp. Fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to work in a dynamic international environment are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
• Experience with FMCG brands and European markets is a plus.
• Fluent English; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support customer account management.
• Maintain customer records and update price books in SAP.
• Arrange customer visits.
• Handle product related enquiries and customer complaints.
• Support new product development activities for SOP, monitor demand plan, ramp up, alert risk-buy situations, monitor production cost and deviations.
• Ensure readiness for shipment by confirming shipment terms with customers and follow account receivables.
