A Itaú Europe procura um Security Master Data Analyst para manter o ciclo de vida de instrumentos financeiros nos sistemas internos e assegurar a precisão dos dados de títulos.

A posição oferece regime híbrido em Lisboa, horário noturno/rotativo, inglês fluente e oportunidades de desenvolvimento numa equipa internacional.

Qualificações

• Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos noturnos (14h-23h) ou escala rotativa.
• Fluência em Inglês.
• 1 a 3 anos de experiência em Serviços Financeiros, Bancos ou Mercados de Capitais.
• Conhecimento avançado de Microsoft Excel e PowerPoint.
• Forte atenção aos detalhes e competências analíticas.
• Foco em melhoria de processos e automação; capacidade de resolver problemas.
• Capacidade de trabalhar em grupo e priorizar tarefas de forma independente.
• Foco no cliente; experiência com análise de dados e ferramentas de reporte (Power BI, SQL) é um diferencial.

Responsabilidades

• Criar, manter e gerenciar o ciclo de vida de instrumentos financeiros em sistemas internos (TDS/T24).
• Garantir a configuração e manutenção precisas de dados mestres de títulos.
• Monitorar e validar precificação diária de títulos e commodities.
• Investigar e resolver discrepâncias de precificação e questões de qualidade de dados.
• Colaborar com stakeholders internos para assegurar precisão de dados e eficiência operacional.
• Apoiar o desenvolvimento e manutenção de políticas, procedimentos e controles internos.
• Participar de projetos de departamento e iniciativas de melhoria de processo.
• Fornecer suporte operacional de alta qualidade com foco em detalhes e conformidade.

We are in constant transformation and looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and flexible Security Master Data Analyst to join our Security Master Data & Business Support team in Lisbon.

What does the Operations area do?

It provides service excellence in operations focusing on client needs. We do this by ensuring best practices of execution on services related to Funds, Cash/Securities Management and Settlements, Payments, Reconciliation, and Control of Credit Operational Business, as well as Account Maintenance documentation.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Create, maintain, and manage the lifecycle of financial instruments within internal systems (TDS/T24), including updates, blocking, and unblocking activities.
• Ensure the accurate setup and maintenance of securities master data.
• Monitor and validate daily pricing for securities and commodities.
• Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies and data quality issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of internal policies, procedures, and controls.
• Participate in department projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality operational support while maintaining strong attention to detail and compliance standards.

What are we looking for?

• Availability to work night shift (2pm – 11pm) and/or rotative schedule;
• Fluent in English;
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Capital Markets.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills;
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation;
• Ability to work in a group and prioritize your own tasks (independently);
• Strong client-focused mindset;
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.G., Power BI, SQL) is a plus.
