We are in constant transformation and looking for a self‑motivated and proactive IT Support Specialist - Business Operations Focus to join our IT team in Lisbon, with a strong focus on business operations within the banking sector.

What is the role overview?

As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide hands‑on IT support to business users in Lisbon with a focus on business functions. You’ll be the first line of support for issues related to the Temenos platform (T24, TDS, TAP) and other business‑critical systems. Your role will be closely aligned with business functions, requiring a deep understanding of banking processes.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Conduct post deployment and morning checks.
• Triage of Temenos related issues reported by business users.
• Assist business with data related issues / reconciliation.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve cross-functional issues.

What are we looking for?

1) Experience

• Proven experience in the banking or financial services industry is essential
• Previous experience in support functions
• Previous exposure to Core Banking or Portfolio Management Systems, Securities Static Data, Reconciliation, or Payment Processes is a plus
• Experience with a framework such as ITIL and tools such as Jira or ServiceNow is a plus

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

• University degree or equivalent qualification
