Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and tech‑savvy Accounting and Data Innovation Analyst to support our Finance team with complex reconciliations, general accounting activities, and the enhancement of reporting processes through automation and digital tools.

This role sits at the intersection of core accounting and technology, ideal for someone who understands financial data deeply but is also comfortable leveraging modern tools such as Power BI, automation workflows, and AI‑assisted solutions to streamline processes and improve data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Support regular account reconciliations: Nostro;
  Suspense / regularization accounts;
  Derivatives;
  Credit;
  Fixed Assets;
  etc
• Assist in month‑end activities and journal validations.
• Contribute to basic consolidation tasks, intercompany checks and variance reviews.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor reconciliations, KPIs and data quality.
• Use digital tools (Power Automate, AI assistants, data transformation) to streamline manual processes.
• Contribute to improving data flows between financial systems and reporting
• Experiment with AI tools to simplify analysis, documentation, and the preparation of financial information.
• Work closely with Accounting and IT teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and suggest digital solutions.
• Support ongoing projects in finance transformation and process simplification

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in (Early-career candidates welcome): Management, Accounting Finance, Economics, Business Analytics (with additional training in Finance) or Information Systems (with additional training in Finance)
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals (even if gained primarily through university studies)
• Strong interest in technology applied to Finance
• Basic experience with Power BI (projects, coursework, internships)
• Curiosity for automation and AI tools (Power Automate, Copilot, etc.)
• Comfort working with numbers and datasets
• Analytical mindset & willingness to learn
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Ability to think critically and propose improvements
