Thales is hiring for a Banking Data Management role within the TBSS Master Data team in Portugal. The position focuses on data quality, supplier compliance, and data-driven process optimization in a shared services setting.

Candidates should have a finance/accounting degree, strong English and French, and experience with accounting tools and ERP systems. The role involves collaboration across interfaces and ERP impact analysis to improve financial processes.

• Handle tickets for supplier setup, data changes, and deletions per SLAs.
• Assist with interface development and ERP functionality impact analysis.

Thales Business Support Services (TBSS) acts as a Shared Service Center for Thales Group by serving a number of countries for various key tasks associated to finance and accounting processes. This business support services center of excellence drives innovation within our internal business processes, cutting through complexity and supporting our external leadership in digitalization.

We are currently looking for experienced, candidates to join our Master Data team as part of the Banking Data Management position!

Responsibilities

• Support Supplier Compliance and Data Quality Improvement initiatives
• Participate in data collection, testing, and process optimization, including validating bank data and entering information in OCM
• Manage day-to-day activities of the TBSS e-ACQ Administration team
• Handle tickets for supplier setup, data changes, and deletions per SLAs
• Assist with interface development and ERP functionality impact analysis

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
