Thales TBSS is seeking candidates to join the Master Data team for Banking Data Management in Portugal. The role involves ensuring data quality, supplier compliance, and data collection across banking data processes within TBSS.

Key requirements include a finance/accounting degree, fluency in English and French, and experience in similar roles. Knowledge of ERP systems and financial tools will be beneficial for daily maintenance and data governance.

Responsabilidades

• Support Supplier Compliance and Data Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Participate in data collection, testing, and process optimization, including validating bank data and entering information in OCM.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the TBSS e-ACQ Administration team.
• Handle tickets for supplier setup, data changes, and deletions per SLAs.
• Assist with interface development and ERP functionality impact analysis.

We are currently looking for experienced, candidates to join our Master Data team as part of the Banking Data Management position!

Responsibilities

• Support Supplier Compliance and Data Quality Improvement initiatives
• Participate in data collection, testing, and process optimization, including validating bank data and entering information in OCM
• Manage day-to-day activities of the TBSS e-ACQ Administration team
• Handle tickets for supplier setup, data changes, and deletions per SLAs
• Assist with interface development and ERP functionality impact analysis
