Job summary

Decision in Porto, Portugal, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to establish agile practices across distributed teams. You will guide ceremonies, mentor teams, and support backlog management to ensure effective delivery in a hybrid work setup.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of proven Scrum Master experience, with strong facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and experience with Jira/Azure DevOps. Fluency in English mandatory; automotive tech sector exposure is a plus.

• Facilitate and adapt agile ceremonies (planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives) to project- and domain-oriented structures.
• Coach and mentor team members and leads on agile principles, mindset, and collaboration.
• Support backlog management, prioritization, and scope alignment even in non-product setups.
• Identify and remove impediments, including organizational or communication barriers between teams.
• Create visibility on progress, risks, and performance using agile metrics and dashboards.
• Promote alignment, transparency, and trust across distributed teams.
• Encourage a culture of reflection, learning, and continuous improvement.

Years of experience

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master.

Functional Skills
