Decskill is seeking a Scrum Master to join our Agile IT delivery teams in Lisbon. You will act as a servant leader for one or more Scrum teams, facilitate ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum and Agile values, and help remove impediments to ensure predictable delivery.

You will collaborate with IT, Solution, and Business stakeholders, promote transparency with Agile metrics, and support backlog refinement. Travel to Switzerland may be required in future. Experience with Jira is preferred.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles.
• Experience with Jira; familiarity with SonarQube is a plus.
• Ability to work in a structured, delivery-oriented IT environment.

We are looking for a Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader for one or more Scrum teams;
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective) and ensure they bring value;
• Coach the team on Scrum principles, Agile values, and continuous improvement;
• Identify, track, and help remove impediments that impact team delivery;
• Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization;
• Promote transparency through relevant Agile metrics and dashboards (e.g. flow, predictability, quality).

Collaboration & Environment

• Work closely with IT teams, Solution teams, and Business stakeholders;
• Contribute to project delivery and coordination activities when required;
• Ensure alignment with organizational standards and tooling (e.g. Jira, SonarQube).
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders in multi-team environments as the organization scales;
• Gradually contribute to cross-team coordination and dependency management;
• Participate in or support Agile-at-scale events in the future (e.g. PI-level coordination);
• Developing knowledge of SAFe practices through training, coaching, or hands-on exposure is a plus.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment;
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills;
• Solid understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles;
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira; familiarity with SonarQube is a plus;
• Ability to work in a structured, delivery-oriented IT environment.

Nice to Have / Future-Oriented

• Initial exposure to Agile at Scale or SAFe concepts;
• Scrum or Agile certifications (PSM, CSM, or equivalent);
• Interest in growing towards roles involving larger-scale Agile coordination.
• Occasional travel mainly to Switzerland (Lausanne, Geneva).
