Job summary

team.it is seeking a Senior Agile Master in Lisbon with a focus on sustainable practices and work-life balance. The role requires leading Agile ceremonies, coaching teams, and supporting Product Owners in backlog refinement and delivery planning.

You will remove impediments, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights. The position emphasizes collaboration across cross-functional teams, strong communication, and ongoing commitment to Agile values in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or similar Agile coaching role.
• Strong ability to facilitate team collaboration and coordination.
• Experience supporting product backlog management and delivery planning.
• Understanding of software development and delivery lifecycles.
• Ability to guide teams through change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile principles and team dynamics within cross-functional environments.
• Experience with Agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) concepts.
• Familiarity with software engineering processes, terminology, and delivery workflows.
• Experience using delivery metrics and Agile reporting, including velocity, burndown charts, and performance indicators.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques to support team performance tracking.
