Job summary

iTRTech Group in Portugal is seeking an Agile Master for a hybrid Porto position to coach software delivery teams, run Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as Agile Master/ Scrum Master, solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or LeSS, and experience with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps; fluent English and willingness to work 2 days per week in the Porto office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of software delivery, CI/CD, DevOps, and TDD.
• Experience with Agile metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
• Fluent English and availability for hybrid Porto work.
• Preferred: PSM I or other Agile certifications.

Work Model: Hybrid — 2 days per week in the office
Language Requirements: Fluent English required
Seniority: Mid-level (3+ years) (as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or in a similar Agile coaching role)
Rate Between €2500 - 2800 RV (gross value)
