Job summary

iTRTech Group is seeking an Agile Master for a hybrid role in Porto, Portugal. You will coach software delivery teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement while working two days per week in the office and using English as the working language.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as an Agile Master or Scrum Master, with knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

AGILE MASTER (HYBRID PORTO)

Portuguese company hires for hybrid position

Location: Porto, Portugal

Only candidates already based in Portugal will be considered

Work Model: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office

Language Requirements: Fluent English required

Seniority: Mid-level (3+ years) (as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or in a similar Agile coaching role)

Rate Between €2500 - 2800 RV (gross value)

About the Opportunity

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Understanding of software delivery, CI/CD, DevOps, and TDD.
• Experience with Agile metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
• Fluent English and availability for the hybrid model in Porto.
• Preferred: PSM I or other Agile certifications.
