Sofico NV in Porto is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile teams delivering Miles platform projects. You will coach teams, facilitate events, and mentor engineers to foster self-management and high performance.

You will apply Agile principles daily, enable delivery excellence, and collaborate across DevOps and platform teams while driving continuous improvement and data-driven velocity.

Qualificações

• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum (5–7 years hands‑on Scrums Master experience).
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams and individuals.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

• Coach Agile teams to embrace self-organization, shared ownership, and a growth mindset based on trust.
• Facilitate Agile Events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) that are focused, effective, and aligned with delivery outcomes.
• Act as a mentor, supporting their development, sharing knowledge, and helping them navigate challenges within the teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, helping teams inspect, adapt, and refine their processes for greater effectiveness.
• Monitor team performance, identifying trends and opportunities to improve collaboration, velocity, and predictability driven by data (metrics).

What you bring...

• A deep understanding of Agile and Scrum, with 5 to 7 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience
• Experience in coaching and mentoring.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to strengthen alignment and engagement across roles and teams.
• A continuous improvement approach and the ability to guide teams through change and uncertainty.
• Practical experience with different Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and working closely with cross-functional teams.
• A good understanding of delivery metrics and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Scrum Master certification (PSM II, A-CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred.
• Technical Savvy: Experience working with DevOps, cloud, or platform teams. (engineering, devops, IT, ..)
• English (C1 preferable)
