Sofico NV in Porto is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile teams delivering Miles platform projects. You will coach teams, facilitate events, and mentor engineers to foster self-management and high performance.

You will apply Agile principles daily, enable delivery excellence, and collaborate across DevOps and platform teams while driving continuous improvement and data-driven velocity.

Qualificações

• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum (5–7 years hands‑on Scrums Master experience).
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams and individuals.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coach Agile teams to embrace self-organization and growth mindset.
• Facilitate Agile events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Mentor team members and navigate challenges within teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and refine delivery processes.
• Monitor team performance using data-driven metrics to improve velocity and predictability.
