SOFICO is seeking a Scrum Master to lead high-performing, self-managing platform delivery teams. You will embed Agile principles day-to-day, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement across Agile events and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in software product delivery.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
• Strong facilitation, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to guide teams through change.
• Experience with multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of delivery metrics and using Agile tools.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews and Retrospectives aligned with delivery outcomes.

Your mission

As a Scrum Master, you are an expert in agile methodology, focusing on improving Agility, Culture, Processes at Team level.

Your mission is to cultivate high-performing, self-managing Agile Platform delivery teams that consistently deliver customer value.

As a natural leader, you ensure Agile principles are embedded in day-to-day delivery of your team.

What You’ll Do

• Coach Agile teams to embrace self-organization, shared ownership, and a growth mindset based on trust
• Facilitate Agile Events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) that are focused, effective, and aligned with delivery outcomes.
• Act as a mentor, supporting their development, sharing knowledge, and helping them navigate challenges within the teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, helping teams inspect, adapt, and refine their processes for greater effectiveness.
• Monitor team performance, identifying trends and opportunities to improve collaboration, velocity, and predictability driven by data (metrics)

What You Bring

• A deep understanding of Agile and Scrum, with at least 5 to 7 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in software product delivery.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to strengthen alignment and engagement across roles and teams.
• A continuous improvement approach and the ability to guide teams through change and uncertainty.
• Practical experience with different Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and working closely with cross-functional teams.
• A good understanding of delivery metrics and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Scrum Master certification (PSM II, A-CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven experience in technology companies and or IT environments (engineering, devops, IT, ..)
• English (C1 preferable)
