Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in IT, up to 5 years.
• Strong Agile and Scrum coaching abilities.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and workshops.
• Help teams deliver value and meet DoD.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and workshops.
• Coach teams to higher performance and value delivery.
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation within sprints.
