Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile teams.
• Solid knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
• Experience facilitating ceremonies and workshops.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
• Support teams in adopting and applying Agile methodologies.
• Remove impediments and facilitate resolution of obstacles affecting team productivity.
• Promote continuous improvement through metrics and team feedback analysis.
• Work closely with Product Owners, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Ensure transparency and visibility regarding progress of initiatives.
• Foster a culture of autonomy, collaboration, and accountability.
• Support change management and the organization's Agile transformation.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions between teams.
