Job summary

Capgemini Engineering, a leading engineering services provider, seeks a Scrum Master in Lisbon to drive Agile adoption, remove impediments, and maximize team performance. You will promote collaboration and ensure Scrum principles are applied to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 5+ years in Agile environments, Scrum certifications, and strong facilitation/communication skills. Hybrid office in Lisbon, multilingual capabilities desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile environments and Scrum teams.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).
• Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices.
• Experience working with software development teams.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills.
• Experience using Jira and other Agile project management tools.
• Ability to identify, manage, and remove team impediments.
• Experience monitoring and analyzing Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
