A tech consultancy is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join their team in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a strong grasp of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies. This role requires excellent communication and facilitation skills, along with experience in using Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence. The position offers hybrid working conditions. Valid visa in EU Region is a must as sponsorship will not be provided.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach.
• Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure that the team adheres to Scrum practices.
• Coach teams rather than direct them, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Engage with stakeholders and guide teams in using Agile methodologies.
