Job summary

Emagine is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our AMS team in Lisbon, focusing on Employee Central and Onboarding, with exposure to Offboarding and People Analytics. The role requires strong English and interpersonal skills for our international operations.

You will support BAU operations, participate in deployments, and leverage AI features to enhance system capabilities. Collaboration with stakeholders and knowledge transfer are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding.
• Knowledge of Offboarding and People Analytics.
• Experience with SF reporting and AI capabilities.
• Familiar with SF integration with SAP S/4HANA payroll.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily AMS support for Employee Central, Onboarding, and People Analytics.
• Contribute to implementation projects and knowledge transfer.
• Document activities and resolutions; report issues.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams across international operations.
• Support integration projects and deployments.
