Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
• Experience delivering at least 3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding implementations.
• Proven experience throughout the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Ability to configure and implement Onboarding solutions according to business requirements.
• Experience collaborating with HR stakeholders and technical teams.
• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to start ASAP.
