KCS IT is seeking an Amazing SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant in Lisbon. The role covers mid to senior level responsibilities with hybrid work (1-2 days in Lisbon).

You will drive the integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP environments, focusing on HXM processes, HR data flows, and API-based connections. Ideal candidates will be hands-on, able to troubleshoot, own technical tasks, and collaborate with diverse teams across projects in Benelux and beyond.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Human Experience Management (HXM) processes.
• Experience with HR systems and SAP environments.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Understanding of data flows between SuccessFactors and SAP.

Responsabilités

• Analyze requirements and design SAP SF integration solutions.
• Implement and test integrations across SAP systems and HR platforms.
• Troubleshoot and monitor integration interfaces and data flows.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams on delivery.
