Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors platform configuration.
• 2 to 4 full-cycle implementations completed.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and customize the SuccessFactors platform.
• Manage and maintain tickets in your field of expertise.
• Support the project management team during different project stages.

Conhecimentos

Experience in SAP SuccessFactors

Knowledge of Recruitment Management and Onboarding

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Strong English skills

Customer-oriented with client-facing skills

Team player with focus on delivering quality results
