In this role, you will assist in SAP CRM setup for marketing, sales, and service while supporting various CRM integrations and performing basic test cases. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in IT, 1-3 years of SAP CRM experience, and strong communication skills. Configuration & Support

• Assist in SAP CRM setup for Marketing, Sales, and Service.
• Support data migration and integration activities.

Testing & Documentation

• Perform basic test cases and record outcomes.
• Prepare user guides and training materials.
• Work closely with senior consultants and architects.
• Participate in workshops and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Workplace: Lisbon + hybrid work
• Work Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM
