A leading IT consulting firm located in Lisbon is looking for a SAP CRM Junior Consultant. In this role, you will assist in SAP CRM setup for marketing, sales, and service while supporting various CRM integrations and performing basic test cases. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in IT, 1-3 years of SAP CRM experience, and strong communication skills. Configuration & Support

• Assist in SAP CRM setup for Marketing, Sales, and Service.
• Support data migration and integration activities.

Testing & Documentation

• Perform basic test cases and record outcomes.
• Prepare user guides and training materials.
• Work closely with senior consultants and architects.
• Participate in workshops and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Workplace: Lisbon + hybrid work
• Work Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM
• Permanent contract
