A leading IT consulting firm in Lisbon is seeking a SAP CRM Business Analyst to drive CRM projects in the utilities sector. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience with SAP CRM functional modules and excellent analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities include process mapping, functional specification development, and UAT execution. The position offers a permanent contract with competitive benefits and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP CRM projects.
• Exposure to utilities industry processes and CRM implementation.

• Familiarity with SAP Web UI configuration and Business Roles.
• Basic knowledge of middleware (PI/PO/CPI) and integration concepts.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with SAP IS-U integration and Fiori apps.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and documentation tools (JIRA, ALM).
• Experience conducting workshops with business stakeholders to capture functional and technical needs.
• Process analysis: map utilities-specific CRM processes (Marketing, Sales, Service) and identify improvement opportunities.
• Solution design support: prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on ABAP enhancements, Web UI adjustments, and middleware integrations.
• Testing & validation: define test cases, execute UAT, and validate technical deliverables against business requirements.
• Data & integration support: assist in data migration checks and troubleshoot replication issues between SAP CRM and IS-U.
• Workplace: Lisbon + hybrid work.
• Work schedule: 9AM to 6PM.
