Xelerate is seeking a Marketing Automation expert to own global platform configuration, lead management workflows, and CRM integration within Salesforce. You will translate business needs into well-prioritized user stories, manage end-to-end B2B lead lifecycle, and ensure clean prospect-to-contact synchronization across regions.

Fluency in English is essential; the role emphasizes governance, data hygiene, and an AI-capable roadmap.

Qualificações

3–5 years in a marketing technology, product, or business analysis role in a B2B corporate environment.
Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), including campaign automation, Engagement Studio, lead scoring and grading, forms, and lifecycle management.
Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM integration models.
Experience with platform governance, data hygiene, access rights and GDPR-compliant practices.
Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile delivery setup.
Strong stakeholder management across Marketing, Commercial, and Digital teams in multiple regions.
Familiarity with external data enrichment providers and AI-powered marketing features is a plus.
Proficient in Jira and Confluence; fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

Act as the primary domain expert for the marketing automation platform across global regions.
Translate business needs into clearly defined user stories and product increments.
Own end-to-end B2B lead management workflows: capture, scoring, nurturing, handoff, and reporting.
Ensure bi-directional integration between the marketing platform and CRM with clean sync and attribution.
Shape strategy for enriching the prospect database with external data signals.
Maintain platform governance, including email allotment, data hygiene, access rights, and GDPR compliance.
Write acceptance criteria and participate in sprint planning, discovery, reviews, and retrospectives.
Monitor platform performance and adoption metrics; roadmap AI capabilities like predictive scoring.
