Xelerate seeks a seasoned Salesforce Architect to lead architecture and delivery for AI-enabled service experiences. You will define technical blueprints for integrations, agent desktops, and automation, shaping security, data models, and governance across multi-org deployments.

You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and partner with product teams to deliver scalable, AI-powered customer service solutions. Strong English communication and cloud know-how are essential.

Qualificações

10+ years of production Salesforce architecture, development, or platform engineering.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, and AI capabilities.
Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware patterns, and event-driven architectures.
Experience designing AI/ML solutions to enhance agent workflows and knowledge surfacing.
Familiarity with Data Cloud and CDP patterns for agent insights.

Responsabilidades

Lead architecture and delivery for Salesforce and AI-enabled service experiences.
Define technical blueprint for integrations, AI-enabled agent desktops, and automation.
Provide technical leadership during large Salesforce deployments with AI capabilities.
Establish architecture artifacts: diagrams, data models, and operational docs.
Mentor engineers and admins; enforce governance and change control.
