WYperformance is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to own Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations for a portfolio of pharma clients. This is a senior, hands-on role with fast ramp-up and direct client engagement.

You will build customer journeys, manage data extensions, and contribute to improving processes within the team, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive results.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience operating Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to quickly absorb tasks and own them with minimal ramp-up.
• Strong process and organizational instincts to structure ambiguous work.
• Experience managing multiple clients or workstreams simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end SFMC operation for assigned pharma clients, including data extensions and segmentation.
• Build and activate customer journeys and adjust email templates as needed.
• Send and review test communications to ensure accuracy before deployment.
• Design, update and share periodic performance reports covering KPIs.
• Run A/B tests to validate audience and messaging decisions.
• Act as a consultative partner to clients with strategic recommendations.
