Cross Border Talents is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based in Lisbon with remote options for Portugal. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, engaging education sector decision-makers, and managing end-to-end sales cycles.

The candidate should communicate in Italian (C2) and English (B1), have sales or customer-facing experience, and be energetic, organized, and results-driven. Eligible to work in Portugal with region-specific remote options.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (B1).
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (tech/education sector preferred).
• Strong communication skills, energetic, goal-oriented, and organized.
• Eligible to work in Portugal and reside between Coimbra and Algarve (remote region only).
• Required documentation: EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or eligible Visa.

Responsabilidades

• Make daily outbound calls and send emails to education sector decision-makers.
• Build rapport, quickly assess needs, and present tailored solutions to clients.
• Execute and develop outbound prospecting campaigns that convert interest into sales.
• Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation through pitch, qualification, and deal closure.
• Share ideas and help refine sales strategies, workflows, and team projects.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and grow existing accounts.
• Provide guidance or elevate minor technical setup issues.

About You
