GulfDesign UAE is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead our Braga, Portugal team and drive revenue growth through strategic sales leadership. You will manage a sales team, develop and execute plans, monitor market trends, build client relationships, and collaborate with marketing and product teams; travel to meetings, trade shows, and events as needed.

Fluency in English is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales management role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software.

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through managing a team of sales representatives and developing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Train and mentor sales representatives on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service

• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure smooth operations
• Travel to client meetings, trade shows, and other events as required

Qualifications
