Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join an international sales team, driving growth by contacting potential B2B clients, presenting digital advertising solutions, and guiding new users through onboarding.

You will conduct outbound calls, use consultative selling, and pursue monthly targets. Candidates must have fluent English, B2B sales experience, and work eligibility in Portugal; immediate full-time training starts next Monday.

Qualificações

• Fluent English, C1/C2 or native level (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in B2B Sales, Outbound Prospecting, SDR, or Cold Calling
• Understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media Advertising, and Media Planning
• Must reside in Portugal with valid work permit/NIF/Social Security
• Immediate availability to start full-time paid training this coming Monday

About the Role:

We are urgently looking for a target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join an international sales team representing a top-tier global social media platform in Lisbon. In this role, you will drive business growth by contacting potential clients, introducing digital advertising solutions, and guiding them through your platform onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to engage prospective B2B clients and generate interest in advertising packages.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to address objections and showcase advertising value.
• Pitch high-value digital marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
• Achieve monthly productivity, outreach, and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Language: C1/C2 or Native level English (written and spoken).
• Experience: Proven experience in B2B Sales, Outbound Prospecting, SDR, or Cold Calling.
• Digital Acumen: Understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media Advertising, and Media Planning.
• Legal Status: Must currently reside in Portugal with a valid Work Permit / NIF / Social Security.
• Availability: Immediate availability to start full-time paid training this coming Monday.

Package & Benefits:

• Gross Monthly Package:(Base Salary + Meal Allowance + Statutory Allowances).
