Cross Border Talents in Coimbra, Portugal is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative / Account Manager specializing in digital advertising. You will collaborate with digital marketing agencies, managing multiple client accounts and scaling campaigns through targeted ad solutions.

You will identify B2B prospects, pitch strategies, optimize campaigns, and build long-term agency partnerships. Strong communication and data-driven decision making are essential to drive growth.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising agencies or AdTech.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising trends, media planning, and optimization.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative / Account Manager specializing in digital advertising. In this role, you will collaborate with digital marketing agencies managing multiple client accounts, helping them scale through targeted advertising solutions. You will be responsible for identifying B2B prospects, pitching digital advertising strategies, optimizing campaigns, and building strong, long-term agency partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and reach out to new digital marketing agencies and advertisers.
• Design strategic business plans and propose tailored ad solutions.
• Handle client inquiries, conduct performance consultations, and address objections effectively.
• Onboard, train, and support partners to maximize ad campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable business recommendations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in/with digital advertising agencies or AdTech.
• Solid understanding of digital advertising trends, media planning, and campaign optimization.
• Advanced communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to handle multiple key accounts concurrently.

• Base Package: Gross monthly package up to €1,248.33 (including base salary + 13th/14th month splits + daily meal allowance).
