Job summary

CB Talents in Lisbon is seeking a B2B Sales Developer fluent in English to connect with business clients and drive growth through digital advertising solutions.

You will make outbound calls, onboard new clients, and build relationships with decision-makers in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. On-site at Avenida Dom João II, Lisbon.

Initial 12-month contract with the possibility of extension; meal allowance and health benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B Sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• A consultative and results-oriented approach.
• Good business acumen and the ability to identify sales opportunities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, online advertising, or digital media is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary & Compensation

• - Fixed Gross Salary: €1,227.33/month
• - Performance Bonus: Up to €320/month
• - Total Monthly Package: Up to €1,547.33 gross
• - Meal Allowance: Provided through a prepaid meal card
• - Holiday & Christmas Allowances: Paid monthly
• - Training Compensation: €92.80/week, totaling €278.40 for the full 15-working-day training period

Contract & Benefits

• - Initial 12-month contract.
• - Possibility of extension for another 12 months.
• - Opportunity to transition to a permanent contract after two years.
• - Private health and dental insurance after contract signature, provided you already have a Portuguese NIF and Social Security number.
• - Meal allowance through a prepaid meal card, exempt from Social Security and IRS contributions under the stated arrangement.

Training & Onboarding

• - Approximately 15 working days.
• - 8 hours per day.
• - Training conducted entirely in English.
• - Comprehensive training covering product knowledge, software tools, customer management, and practical on-the-job experience.
• - Training compensation of €92.80 per week.

Location & Work Schedule

• - Location: Avenida Dom João II, Lisbon, Portugal.
• - Work Model: On-site.
