Cross Border Talents Academy in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring English-speaking Sales Developers to drive outbound outreach, onboard new clients, and build strong relationships with business buyers on-site.

The 12‑month contract may extend, with potential for a permanent role after two years. The total monthly package is up to €1,547.33 gross, plus a performance bonus of up to €320, and training conducted entirely in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
• Performance Bonus: Up to €320/month
• Total Monthly Package: Up to €1,547.33 gross
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Contract: Initial 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension and a permanent contract after two years.
