Job summary

Chameleon Travel Shop is seeking a Sales Agent to join our team, working remotely from Portugal. You will respond promptly to requests from travel agents and clients, and craft personalized itineraries using our internal system.

You will confirm reservations, maintain regular contact with guides and suppliers, ensure travel documents are correct, and assist clients during their trips. Fluency in Portuguese and English, plus at least 2 years in tourism operations, is required.

Qualifications

• Residence in Portugal.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in tourism operations.
• Own computer and stable internet connection.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of other languages (desirable).
