Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Agent to assist global brands with high-quality service. You will respond to inbound calls and inquiries, guiding customers with empathy and clear instructions.

Fluency in Russian and strong English, plus good computer skills, are required. The role offers rotating shifts, a fixed-term contract with renewal, meal vouchers, and private health insurance after six months, with travel and accommodation support in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Russian (C2 level or native).
• Good knowledge of English (B2/C1 level).
• Typing speed of 25 wpm.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
• Good computer skills.
• Experience with clients is welcome.
• Excellent communication and empathy.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Provide support and direction to customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries in the CRM.
• Troubleshoot using questions, documentation and system training.
• Suggest recommendations to common problems or FAQs.

Your Role as a Customer Support Agent:

• Answer to inbound calls and customer inquiries;
• Answering phone inquiries and providing support and direction to customers and resolving customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner;
• To maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database.
• To troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training.
• To be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions

• Fluency in Russian (C2 Level or Native);
• Good knowledge of English (B2/C1 level);
• Typing Speed: 25 words per minute.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• Good computer skills;
• Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients
