You will provide exceptional support to customers via various channels, maintain service standards, and work in a vibrant, multicultural environment. Are you a native Russian speaker with strong English skills (C1 level)? Do you excel at creating great customer experiences and thrive in fast-paced environments? We’re looking for enthusiastic and service-driven individuals to join our team in Porto!

• Deliver outstanding support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high service standards
• Work with internal tools and stay up to date through training
• Native Russian speaker
• Valid European passport or Portuguese work permit (no sponsorship available)
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, 24/7 Monday to Sunday (8 hours/day)
• Two rotating days off per week
• Must be located in Porto – on-site role only, remote work not possible
