Cross Border Talents is seeking a Russian-speaking Customer Delight Specialist to join our Porto team. You will deliver support via phone, email, and chat, using your native Russian and advanced English (C1) to create outstanding experiences.
Based in Porto, you will work on-site with rotating shifts (24/7, two days off per week), and participate in ongoing training and development in a vibrant international environment with private health insurance and meal allowances.

- Valid European passport or Portuguese work permit (no sponsorship available)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, 24/7 Monday to Sunday (8 hours/day)
- Two rotating days off per week
- Must be located in Porto – on-site role only, remote work not possible
