Cross Border Talents seeks a Russian-speaking User Support Coordinator in Porto for an on-site role. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering outstanding service with professionalism and empathy.

Native Russian and strong English (C1) are required, and you must reside in Porto with rotating shifts. You will use internal tools and participate in ongoing training to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a native Russian speaker with strong English (C1).
• Experience delivering customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, 24/7, with two days off per week.
• Must be located in Porto; on-site role only, no remote work.
• European passport or Portuguese work permit.

• Work with internal tools and stay up to date through training
• Native Russian speaker
• Valid European passport or Portuguese work permit (no sponsorship available)
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, 24/7 Monday to Sunday (8 hours/day)
• Two rotating days off per week
• Must be located in Porto – on-site role only, remote work not possible
