Ace Hospitality Management (Hotelaria) seeks a dynamic Rooftop Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead daily operations, guest experience and commercial development at the Lagos rooftop within the hotel. Formación

• Proven team leadership and operational management experience.
• Strong customer service, guest relations and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of restaurant financial performance.
• Experience in events, venue activation or F&B promotional initiatives is highly valued.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operation of the Rooftop restaurant and bar with high service standards.
• Coordinate the restaurant team, shifts and daily priorities.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures, brand standards, food safety and health & safety requirements.
• Monitor service quality and address guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere aligned with the Rooftop positioning.
• Develop initiatives to increase footfall, spend and loyalty.
• Lead events and partnerships to drive traffic and revenue.
