Job summary

YOTEL Porto seeks a Hotel Manager to lead all aspects of daily operations and ensure the brand promise is delivered with sustainable financial performance. You will oversee Rooms, F&B, Engineering and support functions, driving guest satisfaction and staff development.

In this role you will manage P&L, monitor KPIs, and partner with Finance, Revenue and Marketing to maximize topline performance while protecting the bottom line. A strong leadership presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hotel operations and P&L ownership.
• Strong ability to drive guest satisfaction and staff development.
• Experience aligning operations with brand standards and owner expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership to hotel operations across Rooms, F&B, Engineering and support functions.
• Drive a guest-centric culture and ensure consistent brand delivery and service quality.
• Own the hotel’s business performance, budget, forecast and profitability targets.
• Build relationships with ownership, UHM, YOTEL and other stakeholders.
