PrimeForge Manufacturing in Almada, Portugal is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, oversee front-of-house staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, inventory, quality control, safety compliance, and collaborating with the chef on menus. The role requires a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management (or related) and at least 2 years of supervisory experience; accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and staff training abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Manage and train front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
• Create schedules for staff and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to meet company standards.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
• Collaborate with the chef to create seasonal menus and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.
