Job summary

Axians, a VINCI Energies brand, is hiring a Risk Application Client Support to join an international team that maintains critical financial applications. You will be the main client contact, monitor incidents, and coordinate resolution to ensure high availability and performance.

You will analyze production incidents, perform first level troubleshooting, generate reports, support new product releases, and contribute to monitoring and observability improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial markets and risk management processes.
• Experience in production or application support for critical systems.
• Understanding incident, problem and change management lifecycles.
• Proficient with Jira, monitoring and operational support tools.
• Advanced SQL skills and ability to investigate data issues.
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line support and act as primary client contact.
• Track tickets from opening to closure and communicate progress.
• Analyse production incidents and identify root causes.
• Log questions, incidents, problems and requests with detail.
• Perform first level technical troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Fulfil data extraction, config requests and reporting.
• Produce operational KPI reports for the supported scope.
• Provide regular updates to customers on progress.
• Support internal teams during new product releases rollout.
• Improve monitoring, alerting and observability practices.
• Organise monthly customer committees and crisis calls.
• Prepare incident reports and action plan follow-ups.
• Provide technical assistance and knowledge base documentation.
• Identify recurring incidents and propose permanent fixes.
