BUSINESS ANALYST FOR CREDIT RISK STRESS TESTING

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Credit Risk Stress Testing to support the analysis, specification, testing, and continuous evolution of risk calculation solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of regulatory and business-driven requirements in an Agile environment. You will contribute to the implementation and support of stress testing solutions, helping ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while improving the scalability, maintainability, and efficiency of risk-related systems and processes.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

• Analyze and understand business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and test scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other contributors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in the production process of official stress test results and provide functional support to end users.
• Contribute to the definition, specification, and testing of new system evolutions and enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of risk calculation engines and associated processes.

Your Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of Credit Risk, IFRS9, Basel regulations, or Stress Testing frameworks.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing, testing, and automation activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for different stakeholders.

Your Main Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Expert in Credit Risk, IFRS9, Basel regulations, or Stress Testing environments.
• Mandatory proficiency in SQL.
• Mandatory proficiency in Python.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1 level).
