Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Solid understanding of finance reporting, accounting principles, and financial processes.
• Advanced English level (C1) is mandatory.

BUSINESS ANALYST (FINANCE & REGULATORY REPORTING)

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join an international environment focused on Finance, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting solutions. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation, translating complex business and regulatory requirements into functional specifications while supporting the evolution of a strategic accounting control platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams in an Agile environment, contributing to the delivery of innovative solutions and driving continuous improvement across financial control processes.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Lead business analysis activities and gather detailed functional requirements to support application evolution.

• Refine and manage user stories, ensuring alignment between business expectations and development teams.

• Manage project activities within an Agile environment, including planning, tracking, and coordination.

• Engage with stakeholders and users, ensuring clear communication of project progress, milestones, and deliverables.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while supporting testing, training, and user adoption activities.

Your Main Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Proven professional experience as a Business Analyst.

• Solid understanding of finance reporting, accounting principles, and financial processes.

• Strong understanding of banking products and data management concepts, including databases, query languages, and Business Intelligence tools.

• Advanced English level (C1) is mandatory.
