Jobgether is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to optimize processes, systems, and data across a global go-to-market org. You will collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance to close gaps, ensure data quality, and drive revenue growth in a fully remote, multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Operations or related B2B SaaS roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
• Analytical with data tools: Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker.

Responsibilities

• Maintain process maps, SOPs, and ownership records across revenue lifecycle.
• Lead process improvements from discovery to implementation with clear ownership.
• Translate needs into Salesforce requirements and support solution design.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify issues and drive solutions.
• Collaborate with Enablement to reinforce new processes.
• Analyze tickets and data to distinguish errors from systemic problems.
• Ensure Salesforce hygiene and data quality across revenue processes.
• Analyze data to measure improvements and tool impact.
• Assess go-to-market tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Navigator, Chili Piper) and track impact.
• Build relationships across functions to drive accountability in a distributed team.
