YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert on a remote contractor basis. You will optimize CRM-driven processes across SaaS environments, focusing on data accuracy, reporting, and revenue operations.

You'll configure Salesforce or HubSpot, manage quoting and billing tools, and streamline workflows for sales and customer success teams. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, distributed team.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong communication and data reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
• Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across connected systems.
• Identify and resolve operational or policy-related challenges.
• Create clear documentation, reports, and process guidelines.
• Support system adoption and operational improvements.
