IFCO Systems Portugal Lda is seeking a proactive Retail Account Support & Customer Service professional to be a trusted partner for retail customers, handling day-to-day inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.

You will coordinate with Key Account Managers, manage data and orders in CRM/ERP, and contribute to reporting, process improvements, and European collaboration.

Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required; hybrid work model with flexible hours is offered.

Qualificações

• Fluent Portuguese, Spanish and English
• Experience in sales support or back-office functions
• Skilled in CRM and ERP data handling

Responsabilidades

• Retail Account Support & Customer Service – serve as trusted partner for retail customers; provide day-to-day support and resolve inquiries.
• Account Coordination & Collaboration – work with Key Account Managers to support activities and customer relationships.
• Complaint & Issue Resolution – manage customer complaints via Salesforce with timely follow-up.
• Data & System Management – maintain master data, registrations, EDI processes, ensure data reliability across platforms.
• Reporting & Business Insights – prepare operational reports and analyze data trends.
• Inventory & Operational Administration – support inventory management and record-keeping for stores and distribution centres.
• Financial & Process Support – coordinate reimbursement calculations and administrative processes.
• Continuous Improvement & European Collaboration – standardize processes and drive automation with teams across Europe.
• Customer Relationship Management – build strong relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Sales Support & Operational Expertise – ensure efficient account coordination and high-quality support.
• Systems & Data Management – ensure reliable information flows across CRM/ERP.
