IFCO Group, a global leader in reusable packaging containers for fresh food, seeks a Sales Support Specialist for Retail PT. You will deliver day-to-day customer service, support account activities, and help optimize operations across Europe.

Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required to collaborate in an international setting. Join a hybrid role with focus on accuracy, data integrity, and process improvements.

Qualificações

• CRM knowledge and customer service experience.
• Experience with sales support and back-office tasks.
• Understanding of retail and supply chain processes.

Responsabilidades

• Retail Account Support & Customer Service – support retail customers daily and maintain satisfaction.
• Account Coordination & Collaboration – work with KAMs and Area Managers to support accounts.
• Complaint & Issue Resolution – handle complaints via Salesforce and ensure timely follow-up.
• Data & System Management – maintain master data, registrations, and EDI processes.
• Reporting & Business Insights – prepare operational reports and analyze trends.
• Inventory & Operational Administration – assist with inventory and distribution center records.
• Financial & Process Support – coordinate reimbursement calculations and admin processes.
• Continuous Improvement – collaborate with European Retail Sales Support to standardize processes.
