Randstad Portugal is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide 1st-line support for Parfois stores across several countries, including Portugal and Spain. You will handle phone, email, portal, and chat requests, troubleshoot network and POS issues, and manage user access for store staff.

The role requires a high school diploma and experience with store hardware/software (POS, terminals, printers, scanners, tablets) as well as ERP systems.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supporting store hardware and software (POS, terminals, printers, scanners, tablets).
• Knowledge of networks and connectivity (VPNs, routers, internet troubleshooting).
• Familiarity with ERP/retail systems (SAP Retail, Oracle, Dynamics, or equivalent).
• Multilingual (Portuguese, Spanish, and English; other languages relevant to operation are a plus).
• Strong customer orientation with clear and empathetic communication.
• Ability to manage stress, teamwork, and a collaborative spirit.
• Intermediate or Advanced Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st-line IT support (phone, email, portal, chat) for Parfois stores across Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, Mexico.
• Ensure operational and application support for Parfois stores.
• Rapidly resolve or escape critical incidents that impact sales.
• Manage access and credentials for store employees.
• Promote continuous improvement of IS processes and procedures regarding Parfois store IT infrastructure.
